Actually she nods slightly as she waits for him to finish. When she's sure he's finished the question, she gives quite a long answer in which she reiterates her honesty.

That simply does not match what we've seen in the show. She was a great PM in week 2. There are people she doesn't rate, eg Adam, and she's pretty open about that so now he hates her. People she respects, like Kristina, she could still work well with despite personal difficulties.
