I also beg to differ that Adam was hopeless and I don't think SAS thought he was - he wouldn't have survived until his fourth boardroom on the trot if SAS had thought that.

The most hopeless of all those kicked off the show was Paul & where was Katie's judgment there?

No, she was a very successful project manager. That's because she is good with people, among other things such as being a leader and being decisive. She has excellent ability to work with people.

Katie's pieces to camera which seem intended to be comedy pieces contrast strongly with her positive contributions to teams and her excellent team leadership which was inclusive and incisive.

Tre is just a malicious, mindless, witless git who offends in everything he does.

I think Katie proved that she's not capable of being impartial when in a relationship with a colleague. That is a bit no-no IMO.

I doubt there is anywhere that Katie has worked where she hasn't had at least some type of 'relationship' judging by the previous form I've read about.
