I am no fan of Katie (or Ghazal for that matter) but Adam....

losing team: 5/7

in bottom 3: 4/7

as PM: 2/4

The numbers say it all. I did feel sorry for him and i hate the way that BIT£* Katie goes on and on and on..i almost (literally smashed my TV to bits) but at the end of it i thought s0d it Adam has to go....he was a bad team leader and i am glad he has gone!

Having said that, i think it is safe to say Katie and Ghazal will soon both be out

The numbers don't say it all - Saira Khan is widely regarded as quite a successful apprentice. She came second and has carved out a very successful media career - and was on the losing team on many occasions (can't remember exactly how many). You can be on the losing team every time and still win. It's about how you perform as part of the team. However, Adam was one of the weaker links on his team this time (though if I'd been in Siralan's chair I'd have booted Ghazal).
Much as I loathe Katie, she performed well in the task.

I agree because Ruth was also on the losing team i think 8 outta 14 times.....more than half and should have won (although i did want Michelle to win then but things happen.....ie getting pregnant to the guy who came 5th). Anyway the point is, as you say, Adam was in fact the weakest LINK on the team and now both boys have been fired from it!

this strikes me as a rather mean-spirited thread title for a candidate you claim to 'feel sorry for'

He ended up being in the boardroom on some occasions due to the others ganging up on him so you can't really take the numbers seriously and the two times he pm'd he lost by a fraction.

I'm not glad he has gone but I think he really, really let himself down by lying in the boardroom this week. Not just the fact he lied, the fact it was such a poor lie as well. It made him look like Natalie, another one who cracked under pressure.

I think because he was likeable and people felt soory for him. To me, his major mistake this task was to team himself with Ghazal. I truly believe if he had gone with Kristina and left Ghazal with Katie they would have won easy.

I thought the way Adam split the team was, actually, inspired. I think he felt he could trust Kristina to pull her weight, but not necessarily Katie, given her animosity towards him, so he put her with the strong-willed Kristina, confident she would get the job done and report back on Katie if she didn't do her bit.

He just let himself down in the end by not getting enough of the items on his and Ghazal's list - nigella seeds on astroturf football pitches FFS! He also signed his own death warrant with the lie/mistake about not asking the seed importer for local stockists. In fact, Ghazal should have carried the can for that particular cock up as she was the one talking to them: 'You didn't tell me to ask them,' she said. Presumably if Siralan hires her he won't mind following her around telling her when to switch on her computer, answer the phone and have a pee.
