(All of these people on the second team have won as PM when given the job but Jadine was the first one to win (in the first week) so SA probably thought she needed to do it again seeing as the others have done it recently)

It looks like Jadines team loses but im not sure at all. If her team did lose i would say yet another guy would go - possibly Tre? What are your thoughts?

Make way for some car-crash and cringe-worthy TV next week as the teams led by Jadine and Ghazal (yes all you have to do is ask to be PM it seems) try to inspire and control their teams as they try to create a new advert their very own brand of trainers.

With only a month to go before the final, with 4 people in, who will fall at the "Just-over-half-way-hurdle?"

Teams look interesting.

But, it very much depends on the nature of the task. If it's like yesterday's task, where they could all work independently without much steer needed, then Ghazal's team will win.

If they need direction and firm decisions, then it's anyone's guess. Ghazal is as limp as a plate of spaghetti and I think will make everyone do a crap idea just to prove that she is the leader and they must do what she says.

Although, Jadine is a piss poor people person. She already doesn't like Simon (mutual), and Tre doesn't have much patience with her (i think their clash in ep.1 or 2 will still be on his mind). Lohit will probably do OK, but they could easily lose if Jadine annoys everyone and they spend all their time bickering.

I suspect from what we've seen, the task will need steer and leadership decisions, so it's anyone's guess. I just hope Katie is on the losing team, and she gets shown the door.

Please let Ghazal's team lose...then at least will be between her and Katie to go!

Just from the trailers, Katie is shown making faces at (orange, Sales Manager, Maths grad, what would she know?) Kristina's idea, and as a political player, thereby disassociating herself from it.

I hope this means SAS picks up on why the Global Brand Consultant did not make a better suggestion. I can hear his dripping sarcasm...... (wishful thinking? )

Noooo! I don't want Katie gone - yet. She and Tre are the best things about this series! Ghazal bores me, so if her team fails I hope she carries the can. The daft woman would probably not bring Katie into the board room anyway, as they're now such great pals.

If it's Jadine's team that fails I imagine Tre will get taken in as he is always a point of conflict. Given the choice between Jadine, Tre and Simon (everyone seems to like Lohit, so I expect he'll be safe), I think it'll be between Jadine and Tre, because although Simon's a pr*t, he's less likely to cause a mass walk out at Amstrad Towers than the other two.

Jadine seems to have calmed down a bit after Sir Alan gave her a talking to.
Maybe it's just that we haven't seen much of her.

I'm not sure if this is a spoiler on not, so this is just a precaution

She was not the only one against it, but did anyone else come up with a better idea using their claimed expertise?
