Ghazal's not hard to understand.

SAS not for the first time got it wrong adding Ghazal to his list of no hopers. . The point about Ghazal was that she sometimes had good ideas, often saw bad ideas and tonight at least had the courage to try and turn a supertanker heading for the rocks She relied on advice but at least sometimes sorted out nonsense from more sensical ones. . Her team managed to produce the goods - just the wrong goods.The problem was the lack of a good idea but it was everyone's lack of a good idea.

She lacks leadership and command skills but it was plainly unfair to say she would never have them - 23 year olds or whatever would have to be outstanding to have developed them and the people with them in this series lack other skills too. He might have a point if the others could lead anywhere useful, not inspire mutiny in the troops or frighten the buyers but there are not many candidates who could do that.

I think SAS got it spot on. She's all talk, no do and totally argumentative

I think her main problem is naivety - a point never more apparent than when listening to her "I'll be a millionaire by the time I'm 30" comment. If that was so then you wouldn't be going for a job with SAS you'd be out there making your fourtune.

In fact they're all arrogant and have massively over inflated egos. Not one of them has any modesty about their abilities or ambitions. There's a fine line between confidence and arrogance and they have all stepped right over it.

I couldn't agree with you more. Infact when SAS told Ghazal that she was "all talk and no do" I thought that he could have been talking about most of them. This is by far the worst set of candidates I've seen. If made up a team from the final 6 of series one (or two for that matter) against this lot, series one would win hands down. The main difference being that the people in the first series recognised that to stay in the game you had to be a "team player", something that few of "main contenders" in this series have yet grasped.

Personally I though that remark of SAS' applied more to Naomi than to Ghazal. For the first time, I thought his comments were way off the mark.

Ghazal's ok, she was naive to trust Kate. She is too young.

This is her blurb on the BBC web site. It shows a remarkable lack of nouse - be a millionaire by 30 and going into fashion - hmmm, obviously knows very little about business if she thinks fashion will be her ticket to millions by the time she's 30.

And even in this article she's STILL banging on about being a millionaire by the time she's 30!!! She needs to take as good long look at herself in the mirror and realise she is just all talk with no substance.

She is also very patronising towards Kristina in that article. Silly girl. I hope she stays clear of our TV screens from now on.

I'm sure I read on teletext this morning that she had a go at Ruth Badger as well for slagging off this year's contestants - however I suspect the Badger would make mincemeat of her in real life.

Yes she did, because Ruth has done the unthinkable and carried on her TV career. Obviously the Badger has no ambition to be a millionairess like our heroine gazal

Totally agree, hot stuff but accent makes me cringe for some reason.

She has had a 'Rabbit caught in headlights' look about her almost from the beginning.

I would be less than surprised to see Ghazal turning up on a succession of celebrity shows now. I think she really just wants to be famous....

Since when has Alan been looking for someone abrasive? Both of the previous winners have been the complete opposite and I get the impression that he doesn't necessarily want the best contestant to win, but more like someone who he can control without them thinking they know better than him.

This is what makes me laugh about these contestants, they are so sure of their own abilities and how wonderful they are, that they can't face up to their failings and instead think up bizarre reasons why they were fired.

I don't think she says what she thinks - I'm not sure she thinks very much, to be frank- rather what she thinks the listener wants to hear.
