Your Final Four?
If you had the power to decide which four of the remaining candidates made it to the final, who would they be and why?
1. Jadine. She's been my favourite from the first episode and I think that (along with Kristina) she has what it takes to be the winner. I'm also sticking by her as she was my initial first choice. 2. Kristina. Looking at the remaining candidates, she and Jadine are the only two who have any real chance of winning, in my opinion. She's likeable and is also a very good business woman. I really like her. 3. Ghazal. I'm ready for the back-lash already. I think she's also a likeable person, has proved that she can manage a team and, above all, she can win. Also a very beautiful lady. ![]() 4. Lohit. He's quiet, but he's far more likeable than the likes of Katie, Naomi, Tre and Simon. I like the fact that there's also a camp candidate who gets along with everyone. Not a winner, but a finalist for me. Discuss. |

Kristina (
Spoiler
Jadine - fiesty, yet not any more seeing as she took SAs advice and has a thirst for victory - (PLUS good TV) and also she has loads of potential and has been on the winning team i think 5 outta 7 times Ghazal - i love how she stuck up for herself in the boardroom and if her team win next week then 4 girls are deff thru to the final seven. (since her next team includes all girls apart from Jadine). GOOD LUCK to her Naomi - just wait till next week coz i think she will prove herself The men this year are PATHETIC I liked Simon and he DEFINITELY has a good chance of winning BUT on a personal level he is a sh!£ impersonator and not funny - too up himself Lohit - nice guy and i also think he has a VERY good chance of being in the final four because the above four women are who i WANT in the final four!? Tre - the name brings a chill to my spine.......i hated to love him in the beginning but now i.......yes you know.....love to HATE him I dont even want to mention the 9th contestant.... .....infact that last smiley reminds me of what she looks like

Winner : Kristina - She is head and shoulders above the rest in my opinion. She can negotiate , manage a team and lead it as well. Definetely my favourite
Runner Up: Ghazal - She's sprouting some wings from what I've seen next week, so it'll either be make or break for her. 3rd place : Naomi - She's got that "Michelle" element in her that I think Sir Alan likes. She wasn't a great leader but I think she can go far. 4th place : Tre - The only decent male in there. Lohit is far too timid and Simon panicks too quickly , plus Simon's an arrogant snob so there. Tre provided entertainment so he should stay for that. |

It's a tricky one really, but I definitely want to see Kristina win it. I absolutely adore her. I'd also like to see Jadine in the final four, with Simon and Tre.

Definates for me:
Kristina Tre Then two of: Jadine, Naomi, Simon & Lohit. Probably Jadine & Simon for entertainment reasons, tho I actually like Simon least out of those 4 (he was my fave 2 weeks ago). And finally the two I want nowhere near the final: Ghazel & Katie Ghazel was my initial favourtie, but I've really soured on her. Far too impressionable, and actually seems useless. Wasn't a great leader (not bad) but never seems to add to a group. Adam added far more positives than Ghazel ever did. I'm sure I don't need to give any reasons as to why the other shouldn't be in the final! |

If I could choose the final four, it would go like this:
1st: Kristina - I absolutely love her. She's level-headed, independent-minded, responsible, and...Irish 2nd: Katie - I can't stand her, but for the entertainment aspect, girl has to stay...and if she lost in the final 2 to Kristina, it would rock 3rd: Jadine - I just like her, don't know why 4th: Tre - Don't like him, but he's a character. ![]() I'd rather see beiges Ghazal and Naomi go before any of the bigger, yet more detestable characters ![]() Katie I am still in the 'love to hate' stage, rather than the 'hate to hate' stage... |

Kristina - who should probably be the winner after the last two weeks
Tre - just like him, can't help it! Lohit - seems like a Tim Probably Jadine - we've not seen much of her recently but then she's been on winning teams! Katie is the only one I don't want to see in the final four - ability (or lack of it) aside, she's a really unpleasant person who would look down on 99% of Alan's workforce! |

1. Kristina
2. Simon 3. Lohit 4. Jadine My final 4. On what I have seen to-date there is an obvious winner but that may be down to the edit over recent weeks. MB |

I have to say, its slim pickings this year.
The cream of young british business talent - oh please ! A group of sad wannabees, desperate to be on the telly, would be a more accurate description, I love this show, I really do, but usually I have found one of two candidates worth getting behind. This year I have found things to dislike or deride in all of them, except possibly Lohit. Obviously Katie is the worst of the lot. I was at University with a girl like Katie - she looked down her snooty nose at us all, and we in turn despised her, and called her Dobbin behind her back ( she looked like a horse, too ) I have worked in a variety of industries, and I can say quite truthfully that i have seen nothing in any of these candidates which woiuld have inspired me to employ them in any capacity whatsoever. If Alan Sugar wants to pay someone £100k, hire me, Alan. I'll do a better job for you than any of these clowns, and without all the bullsh*t this lot come out with. |

My final four:
Lohit Kristina Tre Jadine I think Lohit will win, although Kristina has shown herself to be a strong candidate. Tre and Jadine are strong characters with ability, but I can't see either actually winning. Ghazal and Naomi should go very soon - both add very little. Simon is average although better than Ghazal and Naomi. Katie is just dreadful, truly dreadful. I thought Adam showed incredible restraint on the 'Your Fired' programme last night. I thought Ghazal should've gone in last night's episode. |

Care to be more specific? Frankly, I haven't rated her since she presided over the 'kissagram' debacle, for which, IMO, she was lucky not to be fired. But maybe she'll redeem herself... |

My top four...
Lohit (efficient, peacable and very good at what he does, I really want him to win) Tre (don't like him much, too abrasive, but does what he says on the can) Kristina (just to spite Katie Ghazal (smart and will do well in the future, in one word, apprentice) |
