their people. Their People. Are you totally mad. Who are "their people". The most offensive thing I've found on this whole thread is the above comment.
I'm black. I find being clumped into a "people" as one of the biggest insults ever. That kind of talk harks back to the days when Blacks were being shipped out of Africa and sent into slavery. Black people were not put on this planet to be patronised by some half baked liberal who thinks that because they own a Bob Marley album that they are "at one" with "the people".

I'm not only black, I'm Scottish too. Every day I go into work, in London and my colleagues make jokes about the Scots. I have never once taken offence, usually I bat back with a joke against the English. I have an Asian friend. He and I call each other names that probably would be frowned upon if I repeated them here. But we can do that not because we are both minorities, but because we are friends.
Oh, and one more thing, I'm also a woman. Until I read your post it never once crossed my black, Scottish female mind that there were any minorities under-represented on IACGMOOH or any other reality shows.
