The series was filmed about six months ago except for the final. So the two finalists are offered a temp job in SirAlan's company in the meantime and they film the final close to the day it's shown on TV.
I think that's what happens.

I read it as being there will be final 4, who go through all the interviews, perhaps after a short time working for SA, and he was at the stage of picking the final 2 for the last task, and whoever it was turned it down, is that right?leaving him with the 3rd and second choice for the final task?
Hope its the final 4 of Katie, tre Kristina and either Simon or Jadine. SA offers Kristina, she turns it down, then Tre, then Simon/Jadine, leaving Katie there just to make up the numbers, that would really anger her I think.

the other possibility could be leaving for family reasons...that would be a big shock as appears to really want the job

though you lot complain about spoilers, they generate the best discussions!

Well Adam did say was only in it to raise her profile and doesn't really want the job. I reckon the story was leaked to keek up interest in it when BB starts.

By the way did anyone see where an Irish news website got ahead of themselves and published tomorrows press release today.
