Just wondered if anybody has booked to see the west end show yet??? It seems to be pretty booked up already. I might wait till we get a bit closer to the final to see who's in with a chance of being Joseph......hopefully Lee or Daniel.

Seriously thinking about it. Will probably wait until Lewis gets eliminated before I risk it.

No. I hate Joseph the musical with a passion.

Love Grease but dislike the programme!

Oh, the irony.

Same here! I've already sat through Joseph because of my twin brother and his musical tendencies - and I just find it really twee, and rather obviously a musical written for kids (which I believe it originally was).

'Twill be a different story if either Daniel (or Keith ) end up playing the role, though!

Yep, my friend booked mine (and another friends) tickets, as we're going to celebrate her birthday

We want a list of understudy dates though, does anyone know where or when they'll be available? We were thinking that a Wednesday matinee would be the most obvious if the understudy is having anything to do with it - we're going on a Saturday matinee as that is when the best seats (nearest the date of my friends birthday) were available.

I booked my tix a few weeks ago - wanted to have the best chance poss of choosing decent seats & date. We're going on the penultimate Friday night. We tried for the Saturday - the last night - but that was already booked up!

I reckon a mid-week show might be done by an under-study, but they might use a runner-up from the competition to do that, like they're doing with Aoife in Sound of Music.

Lewis is the only one left who I wouldn't be keen on seeing, but I'm pretty sure he won't win. Famous last words?!

I booked tickets today. It was still pretty difficult to get decent seats. Had to try several dates. It aint cheap either!

Ditto. In a weird way, I'm hoping my favourites don't win so I can see them in a musical I actually like.

I booked before the show started for early Aug when i'm taking my kids to London and wanted to see something child friendly. I worry though that i'll be stuck seeing someone who I really don't like.... There's a danger in finding out too much about these people IRL.

I really want to go but have been hanging on to see who wins - I think I should book soon because if Lee wins this they will sell out fast!

I'd love to go see this show on the West End have done since I was 4 and I fell out with my big brother and cousin cos they went with my aunt and gran to go see the show in London and I got stuck up here with my mum and dad. Now I want to see it even more seeing as I think it's pretty much Lees show to lose.

It sucks living in Scotland as I won't be travelling down there to see it.

Yes - going on 14th September.

Would dearly love to see Daniel as Joseph, but would be happy to see Lee ...

I have fond memories of Jason Donovan all those years ago - it's just a great show whoever gets the lead.

That's what we were thinking, as it's likely to have the smallest crowd, perhaps?

I was going to hang on until I found out who won (Daniel and Lee are my favs) but in the end I've booked because the tickets are going really fast.

Figured that I'd no doubt enjoy it whoever it was. I'm going with my mum so we'll have a nice girly night out.

Not sure that the winner will have to drop a couple shows a week like Maria - the singing for Joseph is considerably less - in fact the Narrator has more singing to do from memory

Have decided to risk it and book tickets on Friday (payday ).

Will not tell OH yet though as only went to see a touring production of Joseph 2 months ago!

I've got mine from ebay. Paid OTT for them but they are front row, centre, 1st night Friday July 6th.

However, is this a kinda practice night or the 'premiere'?

Anyway, if Lee gets kicked out, they're straight on ebay again where I hope to make a profit to cheer myself up.

If it is truly up to the public, then they should go up in value as the most popular man should win, but what if it's a fix? What if ShameUs was right all along?

Yep, front row centre, end of July. Bought a couple of weeks ago. Figured that seeing Lee or Daniel on stage that close was worth the gamble...
