Hi, I have had this product for about 5 months now and was wondering if anyone could tell me what may be causing or how to solve this problem. When i turn the player on, the TFT screen only displays half of the image (the left side half) witha white line down the middle and then the right side of the screen is completely black. I have not done anything to cause this so does anyone know how i may be able to fix it?

Seeing as it's under 12 months old, it's still under guarantee, so send it back for repair.

Sounds like either an LCD fault or a poor connection to the screen.
