Gentlemen

I am the owner of a Samsung plasma 50Q7HD and very pleased I am wiith it too especially as the HD is now up and running.

One problem, although this TV was advertised with Picture in Picture I cannot seem to turn it on through the instruction menu, the "turn on PIP" is shaded.

Do any of you clever people have any ideas how I can use this feature

Thanks in advance

It will become "unshaded" when you connect a source to one of the external inputs.

Why not via scart connections , is there a technical ?

I have a DVD and a Sky+ box connected via Scart and a Gamecube via the red , yellow and white connection and cannot get PIP

Is it only available using HDMI and nothing else

I've just noticed this same thing with a 22" Samsung I've bought recently - I can do PiP when using my PC, but only via the composite or TV - not SCART.

But my older 19" Samsung did allow SCART PiP. Weird.
