Simon is most capable to do the job
I think Simon will probably win as he seems to make mainly right decisions, gets stuck in with all the tasks, doesnt really moan or act negative and can lead a team.
Who else has managed that? Kristina and Katie bitch, Tre moans, Lohit is not a leader, Naomi is easily influenced by others, Jadine is probably the other main candidate to win I recon. |

Who else has managed that? I think Kristina is by far the most capable, and she's ruthless enough to do what's asked of her as long as it butters her bread. I'd definitely have her on my team, but I'd always keep the eject button handy Kristina and Katie bitch, Tre moans, Lohit is not a leader, Naomi is easily influenced by others, Jadine is probably the other main candidate to win I recon. ![]() Same with Jadine. Simon, he's good, I don't yet know how good. He has some really good ideas and is not full of ego like some. He's clever and quite clearly talented (although I could have done with the dancing to convince me of that! lol) |

Simon was as almost as bad as Adam was last week.
He only won by 97p because he made a bad decision to break the rules on one of the 10 items. |

^Added to the points that his team actually got all 10 items and they had an extra team member but still only won by 97p.

None of them ever seem to read the rules or if they do they forget them within ten seconds. I wouldn't want any of them working for me apart from maybe Lohit who doesn't maybe have such a strong personality as some others and therefore doesn't make such good TV entertainment but I think probably has the best attitude, personality and aptitude to make a good apprentice.

Simon does make me laugh....unintentionally. His 'impressions' of all his fellow contestants are interesting - like his dancing and rapping.

.. I admire Simon - one of the least unlikable contestants, who puts his heart and soul into the task and seems unafraid to look a bit foolish at times. One powerful asset he appears to have is that his competitors seem to like and respect him.

I think you are unfairly critical of Katie who also makes a positive contribution to her teams even if she doesn't agree with the direction they take. She does her comedy pieces to camera but they are separate from her performance in a task. |

Am I right that Simon is the only candidate who has not been in the boardroom as the last 3??? Surely his time must come soon???

^ Well spotted.
In past series not spending time in the boardroom has turned out to be a disadvantage. It happened to Paul last year and he failed the interview stage quite summarily. If Sir Alan doesn't get to talk with Simon and see how he copes with failure, he's not going to hire him. |

I don't think it helped. It didn't take much for the interviewers to turn Sir Alan against him. Doing well in tasks counted for almost nothing in the end.

Simon has his job description as an "internet entrepeneur" . Does he buy and sell things on ebay???
At his age the fact he isnt already working in a corporate enviroment wouldnt fill me with too much confidence as to his abilitys ( aside from the rapping and breakdancing). Or to put it more bluntly, if no one else wants to employ him, why would Sir Alan??? |

I think Simon is distinctly unlikeable and the term 'internet entrepreneur' reads to me as 'unemployed'. There is a Facebook group where those who know him seem to think he is a bit of a t-wat.

I will use my first post on this forum to say that Simon is extremely talented, and it would be a travesty if anyone else wins! He is loyal, versatile, sharp, extremely clever and is a doer rather than a talker...
Simon has nearly always been on the winning side and doesn't bitch or moan. Sir Alan, take note! |
