Thanks for confirming......

and AAAAAAARRRGH.... I will be away and unable to watch it on the night ......

and more importantly don' t think I'll be able to get to a phone to vote....

perhaps there could be an option to vote earlier as there will only be two left by then????? I doubt many people will have changed their minds on the last night.

Do you think with the extension of Joseph that the BBC may use the 6.30 BBC2 slot currently occupied by Great British Menu, previously occupied by Strictly takes 2, for two weeks for a Joseph take 2 programme, heres hoping.

What a waste of a slot, surely BBC would get far more viewers with a Joseph related show then a Peoples quiz related show

Thank you for posting this.

The article says the show starts on July 17th yet I have tickets for 6th July.

I shall look a dork sitting with my friend watching an empty stage won't I?

Surely the Sun haven't got their facts wrong?!!!

The show officially opens on July 17th but it previews from July 6th

Do you know what this means? I'm becoming increasingly worried that my preview show on 6th July will just consist of them shuffling on to the stage, muttering something about a dream and shuffling off again in their slippers and old trackie bottoms!

I have been to preview week before (for Spamalot) and it was great no different from the actual opening

I was hoping that the 6th July was the opening night when all the celebs will be there. Connie said her opening night was fantastic with the audience creating an amazing atmosphere unlike other theatre audiences.

I was hoping to be sitting next to my friend on one side and JB on the other. Don't want to be sitting next to DvO as she's better looking than me (only slightly though )

Technically, a preview is a time when the show is still working out some technical kinks, but it is still a full-out performance. Theoretically, the director or stage manager could call a stop if they ran into some technical problem, but the actual likelihood of that happening in a professional West End or Broadway show is pretty small.

And celebs won't probably turn up until opening night, sorry... that's the show's red-carpet night, though I suppose people with a connection to the production (like the judges) might come to a preview as well.

Thank you Whitearrow. I now feel it will be acceptable for me to join them up on stage when I feel the need.
