I think sirallan clearly sees she isn't in it for the job and knows that she looks down on him. He tried to call her out on it last night and she got flustered (i thought her head was going to explode it went so red) I think she underestimates sirallan as i think she believes she can pull a past one on him as he's clearly working class and therefore a bit of a thickie.
She would have gone last night if it wasn't for the fact Ghazul had to go as sirallan was on to her from last week at least, especially when she refused to accept that the advert and pitch was crap. Even when he repeatedly called her up on that she only conceded that (to paraphrase) they lost because sirallan believed that the advert didn't have a strong message. No admission of any wrongdoing, because i don't believe she can actually admit to doing anything wrong...
