Forget Sir Alan, who would you hire...and why?
Even though Jadine is my current favourite (I love a dark horse) of those left I'd probably hire Simon. I think he'd be the most likely to get me business without losing me clients.
Of those fired, I would hire Adam as he has the qualities I look for - calm, constructive, good sales, not a 'know-it-all'...and easy on the eye. NB: the answer shouldn't necessarily be your current favourite and can include someone who's already been fired. |

I think Kristina is very capable but needs to be a little more professional.
I would probably hire Tre as he's the best 'raw material' |

Tre. Because he tells it as it is. He may sometimes seem negative, but is usually right. Plus he is a character.

I think Tre has excellent business sense (seven times on the winning team) but needs to have his presentation and communications polished off - I think an excellent Apprentice contender.
SAS says at the start of each week that he wants someone "drop dead shrewd" - you can't teach that natural ability to smell a good deal, however you can teach the language and style of business, which is what SAS is offering. TRE to WIN!! |

Simon - he's personable and seems to know what he's doing.

I would've hired Adam. He was eager to learn and would have taken guidance. Out of the people left I'd hire Christina.

i would hire kristina because she would assasinate a rival company with schoolgirl bitchiness bad highlights and tango tan, but would still seriouslly come out head and shoulders above the rest of the candidates,

Adam (for the most professional reasons of course!)
- well he'd be the most loyal and hard working and would contribute some good ideas.

I'd deffinatly go for Simon. He's just got it all.
Tre is very good at the business side of things but he loves himself too much and thinks he's always right so I think he'd be more trouble than he's worth. Everyone else IMO is either too average or too bitchy. |

I don't really like any of the remaining contenders except for Jadine and Tre, but not sure either of them would be particularly good employees. Simon seems the most well rounded but I just don't like him = his cringeworthy voiceover and "dancing" last week didn't help. Katie and Kristina are both too hard and dishonest. Naomi just looks good, but I don't know what she does to be honest. Lohit is probably the best condender besides Simon, but I'd prefer Jadine or Tre to win.

Lohit and Adam. Lohit gets the job done with finesse and without fuss and he does it well. Adam puts in the effort and would make a good apprentice. Both are non-agressive, respectful and work hard. They are also both good at explaining to group members wh they think they should be doing this or that.

If I were choosing who to hire, I would pick either Adam, who I think as others have said would be loyal and work hard, or Kristina, who is extremely capable and does speak out when she thinks something is wrong.
I'd consider Naomi too, she's calm and collected. |

I think I would find it hard to work with any of the remaining contenders.....so although we have not seen much of Lohit, I would pick him as he seems the best of a bad bunch.

Kristina - She is the best leader and usually gets right into the tasks.
Second would be Simon, he is multi talented Third Naomi, very professional! Fourth Lohit. There is more to see! 5th: Tre 6th: Jadine 7th: Katie |

Kristina or Naomi, as either of them would be "personel" assistant.

Kristina. She shoots from the hip and usually hits the mark. She does not take prisoners, nor does she tolerate foolishness. Have we seen her lead a task yet?
Then, the same as Nickynoodle, except that I'd rather have Jadine than Tre. |

Lohit for me. His people skills are fantastic and he gets things done with no fuss or moaning.

I do like Lohit actually so he would be up there near the top of my list
I just think that Tre shows some real flashes of flair and acumen sometimes, just needs his social skills harnessing! He's got a much better sense of humour than Syed and that goes a long way in my eyes, all he needs is someone to slap him down a bit |

I think Lohit...it gets the job done and doesn't spend the time telling us how he is god's gift to business or slagging off the others..
