Remote control throiugh a wall ?

Hi,

Im not sure if this is the right place for this question as im pretty new to these forums but here goes. Im thinking of mounting a 42" lcd on a wall and putting all the boxes etc on the other side of the wall which is in an under stairs cupboard for tidyness etc. A hole behind the tv will carry the cables through but how will I be able to use the remote controls for various things with the boxes under the stairs behind said wall.

Is there a solution ? Thanks for any help.

Make the hole bigger and put a dark-smoked piece of glass in there?

The Logitech Harmony 895 remote uses RF and comes with a remote IR blaster:

£180 here: http://www.morecomputers.co.uk/extra...eferer=Froogle

I have the standard IR version (885) and it's brilliant.
