As far as Im aware there is not one. Its specific to your sim card...Funnily enough I got a call for a dealer asking for one the other day! I knew where it was on the system but never knew what it was there for!!

PIN2 is used for Fixed dialing mode and call cost features (that doesn't work in UK)

PIN2 is supported in the UK by some networks, Orange and Vodafone... maybe others? I know T-Mobile don't support it.

Fixed dialing: you can store up to 10 numbers into your phone, and activate fixed dialing with PIN2, then only those 10 numbers can be called, calls to other numbers are barred.

T-Mobile do support it, cos i've got it! I bought a PAYG SIM a week ago, put it in a D600 and the FDN menu was there, I called T-Mob and asked for the PIN2 and it works fine. They even gave me the PUK2.
