Sorry to trouble you

When I switch this TV on, it has the 4:3 screen and I have to manually change to "Full" - which is my preferred option.

This bugs me.

Is there any way to set the telly up that it makes 'FULL' / 16:9 the default setting when switched on?

I am bit clueless when it comes to technology !

Never heard of that set?, but often there are default settings on a menu somewhere, you may have to store them after altering though.

I can't find the default settings anywhere though despite hunting high and low.

The instruction manual hasn't been much help.

The TV is great, by the way !
