Hi Guys.

I've debranded my vodafone nokia n95.
Before I did the I backed up all the settings using the nokia pc software, but when I restore the settings and reboot it says Phone cannot startup contact retailer.

I can go back to the orginal debrand by doing the old *, green, 3 boot-up.

Any ideas how to get the setting back on?

Cheers.

Don't think you can.

You could try reverting to the original product code and trying NSU again?

why you would want the original settings i do not know, you should still be able to synchronise the phone however with outlook etc with no issues. If you need internet settings they are easy you just need to create the settings or goto the vodafone web site and send them to your self

N95 has a settings wizard for internet settings, takes about 5 seconds to get them, all the rest of the profile settings etc shouldn;t be too difficult to set up.

Hi guys.
Thanks, all sorted now... Basicly when I restored the settings, not the orginal firmware the handset would go mental and crash.

But all sorted now.

Cheers for your help.
