If you penny pinched on not buying the ultimate edition and you have an xbox connected to live, and you also have a usa account you can download the animatrix of live for free.

When i opened up my matrix set there was a abox card that i thought was a 48 hour live code, but once i got home and read it, it has a redeem code on it for the animatrix, i almost binned it when i opened it at work, had to pick up from post office depot.

It only worked on my usa account, i did try it on my uk one but no joy, so much for the region locking on live accounts and the animatrix is 1.2 gb, dont no if it is in sd or hd, but will find out some time next week once it finished downloading:yawn:

Sorry, the animatrix was part of the free content on the ultimate set, was on the actual hd dvd disc, so this is a bonus for anyone who bought the cheaper version.

1 question though to anyone with the ultimate set, it says you get enter the matrix game as an extra, is this the xbox 1 version and do you play it through your hd dvd player instead of through the 360 disc tray? If you can play it through the hd player this could start a trend? with blue dragon coming out on 4 dvd discs for the 360, i would rather have it on 1 hd disc.
