I got the distinct impression in tonights episode, from what Suralan said in the boardroom, that Naomi was fired because she reminded Suralan too much of Michelle Dewberry -
eg
"no one is going to make a fool of me"
"if you get this job you are going to stay"
"I don't want someone who just wants to be the winner"

I wouldn't presume to guess what had gone on there - I haven't read much of the after show press, and even if I had I suspect it would barely show any of the *real* story anyway!

But I really think that Katie and Kristina don't have much of a chance .... it's going to be a boy this time ... Suralan's got a grudge!
