shows like anydream will do seem to me to have a pre-ordinained winner. in shows like big brother, pop idol, x factor, american idol, fame academy, etc. the winners are very easy to spot. imo the winner's 'supporting cast' are more interesting, as there are always a few gems in their numbers. craig being one in ADWD. you can all vote for the chosen one, but for me it is the contestants who don't make it who are by far the most interesting and the most entertaining. i love taking the mickey out of the 'winner'. why? because they've got the cushie job.

I wasn't in last night so was gutted to here Craig was gone.......just watched the youtube video of Suspicious Minds.........great performance it was too! I wish him all the best success! End of day I have no doubt he'll definitely get offers and find his own fame, look how great The McDonald Brothers are doing!

PS I didn't want Craig to leave as I like him, and it's such a shame to lose something for being too smiley, but I do understand ALW's reasoning. Ben's to become a broom in the final so that Lee can literally sweep the floor with him!

PPS Keith is as gormless as they come. He's just not v bright is he? I think his girlfriend comes across well though.

PPPS Will they get rid of 2 next week or just 1 and then have 3 in the final? Will they then get rid of 1 and then have a proper final of the 2 left? I'm spreading the rumour that the final 2 have to fight in jelly wearing just their loincloths in case it becomes a reality!!

I'm still not sure about Grobangate. I don't think it was needed, for any boy to be singled out - though I honestly thought it would be Keith from Josh Groban's reactions to their VTs. Was inevitable that it would be Lee though; and I thought all the "how did Lee do?", "hey - let's meet Lee's parents while we're here!" afterwards didn't sit well. Not because it was Lee, but to put the spotlight on any of them at the expense of the others. The fact that it was Lee, obviously the winner-in-waiting, just made it that bit more hard to swallow, for me. Love Josh Groban though

I felt bad for Craig - I didn't think he deserved to go. Ben was out of tune with an impossible song, and then lisphed his way through the sing-off (was there something wrong with his mic?). Craig's been growing week by week, and I would have liked to have seen him stay in; just as a reward. I think he deserved it. But he's made a mentor for life in Bill Kenwright!

I am starting to think Lewis is quite sweet - he turned a corner for me when he was so nice to daniel who was clearly scared stiff before ALW gave his choice as to who was to stay - I do quite like him now - he does have the Joseph 'look' just not the Joseph charisma - it wouldn't surprise me if ALW picked him though!
