Three Network - Changing Plans
Hi
Is it possible to change plans on a new 18 month 3 Contract ? My son took out The Video talk £15 for life plan , this gives , 500 x anytime mins , but it seems that the other £15 for life plan Direct texter 600 texts plus 75 anytime mins is the better option for his useage After only 2 bills is possible to change plans , same price but different content , without penalties or can it be done only after 6 months ? |

Thinking of changing mine in the next few weeks. I been with 3 for 9 months and I could do with a new plan and handset. I'm currently on the VTT350 plan but usually have a lot of video minutes left each month.

The change Price Plan rules within the company officially state that you can't change your Price Plan for the duration of your contract.
Note: To others reading, it totally depends when you took the contract out, some contracts allow you to change after 6, 9 or 12 months but I can't remember the applicable dates. For the OP, I would urge you to call customer services and ask them if possible could they please change the PP. Emphasize the fact that the one with more text messages is the exact same price. Therefore the company won't be losing any money. |

Go into the shop where you bought it from, explain it to them and hopefully they'll contact Glasgow to sort it. As someone said, it's not exactly a Downgrade....

Hi Guys , its sorted see post # 3
They probably realise its better for them to give 600 texts with 75 mins , than 500 x network mins |
