Diverting Calls
I've done a search but couldn't find a solution to my problem...
I've just got a PAYG phone with Orange. It's just an emergency back up. My main phone is on contract with Vodafone small business, but as I've not paid the bill on time (dispute with the bill) its been put on restricted. So I thought I could divert my calls from my vodafone to my new PAYG phone. Despite turning this on, adding the PAYG number etc it won't divert the calls. Instead it just rings as normal. The contract phone has the little symbol at the top to indicate call diverting is activated. Am I doing something wrong or is it not possible to divert from different networks or from Contract to PAYG phones? |

You can of course divert calls from any mobile to any other mobile (generally speaking anyway) however, you will be charged for the diverted part of the call (which sometimes doesn't even come out of your inclusive minutes), and as your phone is restricted because you haven't paid the bill they won't let you add further charges to your bill.
