I don't think he was. Okay she had a bit of a bad moment and she didn't fight for herself in the boardroom. But she had been doing great for weeks before this. She'd been on the winning team most weeks and had won the task twice as project manager. I think Lohit should have gone personally. I liked Jadine and i would have let her off this week because she'd performed pretty well up to this point.

She wasted a whole evening of preparation so she should have gone. To be honest though had Tre brought in Simon against her she might have swung it.

No, Tre should have gone. Jadines' winning score is almost equal to Tre's and in fact as project manager she won both her tasks whilst Tre won one and lost one, so she's really ahead. She and Lohit also sold more than Simon and Tre so she was ahead on that score also.

Tre was disorganised and didn't really have a clue what he was doing. He gave himself away when he said that the way to be great is to tell people you are great. He doesn't seem to understand that you actually have to perform rather than bullshit.

I'm in 2 minds. She was my favourite but the way she defended herself (poorly) led me to believe she was ready to go.

I think if she had highlighted the fact that she'd recovered from her emotional episode to make some good sales the following day, her track record as PM etc...she may have saved herself.

Yep. She's f-ing useless.

There was not much to choose between them all three were useless,Tre was supposed to be in charge but did nothing constructive. Lohit is quite frankly pathetic. Jedine if she cant stand the heat get out of the kichen he was quite right you have to put family second to business if she cant do that she wuld be of little use in a company, the size and magnitude of Sugars.

NO, ABSOLUTE WRONG DECISION..she was a contender

Lohit OR Tre should have gone. SA mentions "track record" for the reason for keepng Tre well, Jadine had just as good a track record as Tre!

She had won 6 times and Tre had won 7 HOWEVER, she had won twice as PM.....Lohit had won once as PM

and lohit will go next week

JUST YOU WATCH

Strange that despite performing badly on the task, Tre was given another chance due to his strong track record, when in actual fact Jadines was even stronger AND she performed better than him this week!

In saying that, I think it was her time to go...

Well, actually (apologies to Jadine) that useless ginger guy should have gone.

Tre should have taken Jadine and the ginger guy (whose name I ALWAYS forget).

Ginger guy...??

She defended herself very poorly. The attacks from the others about her not finding out what had happened that day and her not responding about her greater success than Tre put her in a bad light.

And it is true in the real world of business you have to separate work and family. If she were to be his apprentice she would have to do that.

Had she not broken down - she would have defended herself and I am pretty sure she would have stayed

Personally I want Katie to go, lol.

She just looked deafeated in the boardroom. I think Lohit should have gone instead.

Yes, but I was praying the other team would lose so so we could see the end of Katie.

dont think that Lohit should have even been in the final three, smug simon with his useless list should have been in there instead!

She gave up on that task and her boardroom activity was a sign of defeat.

Tre made the wrong decision of bringing in Lohit when Simon gave him the duff contacts list.

From the start, Jadine bullshitted her way. She is a fantasist. She should have been fired long ago. Useless

Those remarks could be attributed to virtually all other Apprentice candidates. Alas, some of them are still in the competition

So you think she should've been fired for bullshitting?

But Tre is the one telling everyone how great he is... if that's not bullshitting I don't know what is!

I could have seen Jadine fitting into an SAS type business more than Lohit, and I don't think she was under-experienced as SAS seemed to cling on to. Not after winning both times as PM, and largely being responsible for the deals they actually got in the task this week. Certainly her emotional crisis didn't help but I'm sure all of them have their bad weeks.

I think Lohit should have gone over Jadine for not really being what SAS is probably looking for, but on actual ability and contribution to the task, Tre certainly should have been fired. So what if he's been lucky enough to have been on the winning team?! I don't think his previous performances have been that great, particularly last week when he was hardly constructive at all. It annoys me how SAS doesn't want bullshitters but always ends up leaving some of the worst ones til the end, and always lets them sway his opinion on the other candidates.

She should have been bootd off for that "there are women here too" comment a few weeks back. If that's all she has to worry about...

I've posted elsewhere that it was more than just a 'wobble' that Jadine had that evening.

When you consider the pressure they appear to have worked under - some weeks shooting two tasks and boardrooms in 6 or 7 days, I can understand why she felt stressed and was missing her daughter. However, speaking as a woman who has sometimes to work under pressure, and with people I don't necessarily like, I don't feel Jadine could hack it. She talked the talk, but isn't ready for the kind of high powered working life that SA would expect of her - or that he pretends to expect.

If she'd shed a few tears that evening and then pulled herself together and helped Lohit with the task, Tre would've had no reason to take her into the boardroom. Tre's 'ruthless' streak left him when it came to the choice - he let Simon off the hook due to their friendship - but maybe it was more the feeling that Jadine was not going to cut the mustard as time went on.

If Jadine was truly up for it, knowing that winning the task was essential, she would've pulled herself together, so on balance, she was the right person to fire.

He was right to fire her. She was useless the night they were supposed to be making phone calls.

I also have not liked her behaviour and attitude. The way she snatched the phone out of Lohit's hand, the way she interrupted discussions because Simon called her 'guys'.

She was never a serious contender imo.

Lohit is on his way out anyway from what AS said. He just let Jadine go because he knew she would be would be a waste of space if she was given another week. If Lohit is a loser this week, he will be out the door so quickly his elbows won't touch the sides.
