I suppose it's easy to dismiss someone saying that it was their team that performed not them. You might be right once but she's won twice. She knows what to do and gets things done. We've seen how poor project managers mess up their team's chances - Jadine wasn't one of those.
What do you mean "all sectors of society"? Which "sector of society" do you think Jadine comes from?
