On a normal week - yes she should have been fired, but Tre did a VERY bad job and so did Simon. Unfortunately Simon was spared the boardroom, which I think ultimately led to Jadine going.

Even though I really liked Jadine, I do think she was the right one to go this week. When watching her highlights on "You're Fired" you could see that the strain of it all had got to her. She was a completely different woman in week one to the one we saw in the BR. Although I agree with her argument that you don't work with people 24/7, in the role being offered she would have been spending a LOT of time in work.
Tre should have gone...he actually admitted he'd made a mess of it but Siralan seems to judge people on how much you bullshit back at him in the boardroom. Jadine didn't so off she went.

Then I watched Tre in inaction again and them trying to call the list of contacts that Simon had got them and I thought Simon should have gone.
In the end I think Tre should have gone because there's no way Lohit should have even been the boardroom, Tre is an arrogant pig and no way near as good as he makes out. Simon boobed up, and so did Jadine, but Tre made a hash of the whole thing with rubbish (and evidently partisan) "leadership".

It's the very choice not to bring Simon to the boardroom which swayed me towards Tre going. He should have been able to pick Simon, but he allowed personal feelings and "matiness" to sway him. He was thoroughly unprofessional this week.
Jadine was also unprofessional, but she pulled herself together - Tre did not.
Jadine has been awful since the begining. I am pretty certain that after her initial hideous behaviour someone had a word or the beeb editted her bad bits out a bit as she stopped appearing so much in the show.
She has a big chip on her shoulder, about being a woman in the work place and also, if she misses her family now how will she cope when she has to put in 100 hour weeks for SAS.
She does not behave professionally, with her shouting swearing outbursts and in case you didn't pick up on it I don't like her either.
The correct choice. Lohit will be the next one to go.

I don't know most of you seem to have the opinion that Simon should have been brought in instead of Lohit (Just because Margret and Lohit say so!!).. As I understand it .. the main reason they lost the task was the lack of appointments .. Now Tre made Jadine and Lohit responsible (and not Simon !!!) for that and they both wasted 2 hours of calling time without making any .. so regardless of the amount of sales they made the following day they should both be brought in the boardroom because .. IMO.. the lack of appointments is what ultimately lost them the task!!! Simon's faulty list of phones is an extra work from Simon. At no point did Tre say Simon was to make this phone list. Jadine didn't do anything at the day and I think she should have been fired.
I also don't know if Tre didn't bring Simon in the boardroom purely because they are friends. Tre or Simon should have gone because they chose the wrong products. I'm not sure what more Jadine and Lohit could have done on the task
SAS feels there's more potential in Tre than Jadine. I'm not sure why he thinks so less of Lohit though. After a slow start, lately I've been very impressed by him and he seems the most professional out of all the constestants left.

I seem to remember Kristina getting an appointment over the phone so I wouldn't say Stealth didn't have any either.
Eclipse lost alot of time going round shops like headless chickens trying to flog off merchandise which SAS rightly pointed out to Tre wasn't the correct approach.

Hmmm.. I still think they did lose the task mainly because of their lack of appointments as SAS pointed out. The appointments were more relevant in their case than in Stealth's. It was easy for Stealth to get appointments in the morning because they had two experts in their products: Kristina with 10 years experience in Pharmaceutical sales and Naomi with her experience in the advertising sales and sport products. (I read somewhere that she is a marathon runner or something). It was easier for them to target the relevant retailers and phone them in the morning. This was not the case for Eclipse.. None of them had previous experiences with their products and to be honest I don't think they would have won if they have chosen the Canadian products either because simply ... the relevant experience is not there. There best chance was to book as many appointments as possible the previous day. If you don't know you market, it would certainly be time consuming for you to know who would buy your product by just using the yellow pages in the morning.

Firstly, she only won the tasks as project manager because of the strength of the other in the team, not because of her ability to project manage.
Secondly, I'd like to know what your business credentials are, as you seem to be lecturing me on some really basic things. This is particularly amusing as I suspect that you are not actually speaking from experience.
Thirdly, political correctness is fairly straightforward to understand. In this context, I believe that the BBC are more interested in making sure that there are representatives from all sectors of society, rather than selecting contestants purely on merit.

Au contraire.
I believe that the only factor which should matter is that people are there on merit alone, and nothing else. I simply don't think that it's the case with the Apprentice contestants.
Even Alan Sugar has expressed concern at the poor quality of some of the contestants.
