Someone on the official forum pointed out something interesting on the official website where they have a section on the college. On there it has Toby as student of the month and it says:

Not until Channel 4 confirm the future of Brookside, and if they upset Phil Redmond too much he might pull Hollyoaks off C4.

The actor who plays Toby was on Boys and Girls on Saturday night where Vernon Kay said something about his character having a very interesting storyline coming up next week. He said he's not allowed to say anything though.

Plus there's all this jealousy stuff that has come up between him and Elly. My guess is that it will all get linked up to the time they spent together in Ibiza.

The murders also started not that long after he became one of the major charactors. The next murder is to follow a revalation from the fish tank, so really it has to be either Dan or Toby, and I really fancy Dan (I never go for the wrong sort of men so it can't be him )

Well they made it out to look as though Dan had killed Roxy

i dont think it is dan but i reckon he will get arrested for it. they made it look likedan so everyone will watch tomorrow. i reckon toby will kill her but because dan refused the dna test and because she was in his shop and will have his dna on her he will get arrested but toby will eventually get found out.

I can't really imagine how it could be anyone else other than Dan after tonight's episode. It's unclear who out of Dan or Roxy was reaching for the spanner, but well Roxy looks pretty unconcious at least and I don't think it was a third party. Unless Dan was defending himself. Still the whole DNA thing makes him pretty suspicious now. Plus I think nearly everyone ruled out Dan because of the DNA test storyline so it would be a pretty big shock. He is a bit of a freak anyway.

As Dan is a diabetic ,and they all ready have the killers DNA, dont you think the police would have got a court order for Dans DNA sooner? After all they will know if the killer is a diabetic .

the "to be released soon" could be a red herring as we weren't given a definate date but according to one of the soap mags its one of the younger members of the cast - and mandy has been involved in some pretty traumatic story lines so far so maybe they decided to give her a rest this time

I bought a tv mag yesterday that had an article about the killer as if we already knew who it was. It is Toby. Dan is under suspicion as Toby kills her when she was on her way home from his shop. She wasn't unconcious in his shop, just delirious after all that lovely sex...

Toby does all these killings of young blonde women to take out the anger and frustration he feels towards Ellie and his mother.

It's been a great storyline, though. Totally well done.
