Keith's dad has posted before.
Ben's auntie posted on the ben appreciation thread this morning which was nice. She thanked us for our support and said she would tell Ben's mum about us
How do you know these people are who they say they are - and not just people taking the mick, or just generally being sad and weird?
Well you don't, you just have to decide whether you think it's genuine or not. I haven't read Ben's aunt's posts, but I have come across Keith's Dad's and they look authentic to me.

You´ll never know for sure if ´Bens mum´ is really Bens mum.
But I think it is highly unlikely that friends and family don´t read the posts. I´m pretty sure the guys themselves look on their one day off - if not, they´ll certainly be kept up to date. If fans of the series are interested enough to log in and post, don´t you think friends and family would be even more keen to find out whats being said? And guage their popularity?
Shows often react to comments made on the internet - look at ´the curse of the coat' for an example - and the boys will certainly know which sites are discussing them.
I take it for granted that some friends and family will be having a look in - whether they announce to everyone who they are or not is another story.
Why all the doubts about Ben's Auntie Sophie, it is her I assure You! and where did it come from about his Mum????

Ben's auntie seemed nice this morning - and if I was related to anyone on a show like this I'd definitely be checking out all the chat on the web so I'm sure the boys MUST have heard of DS by now!
I have spoken to several friends of Ben online and if they are not genuine,it is amazing what knowledge they have BEFORE the show which by the way i would never post unless they said it was ok.
