I believe that they're behind Keith simply because he has great potential for the future. He is 19 and lives at home with his family. He is still slightly immature in some ways.

Unlike Lewis who left home at 13 to go to Stage School in London. At 17 he is mature because he's had to stand on his own feet more and learn to be independant.

I'ts not Westlifes song - if you google it Josh Groban comes up before Westlife and it was actually originally recorded by Secret Garden. Keith likes the song because of Josh imo not Westlife.
