People may be interested to know the technology exists to have proper 3D without 3D glasses. And you can buy it right now:

It's new technology called 3D lenticular. If you scroll down the page you will see the effect simulated on your PC screen. Notice how much depth those people have.

Pretty amazing. The future is realistic 3D tv.

Yeah, but Philips plan to mass market them in 2008 and given enough time the prices will drop.

The last few years have seen a tremendous change in tv technology. Widescreen, then high definition and now 3D without glasses. We're living in exciting times, for sure. I think there is a realistic chance most people will have true 3D tv within the next decade, possibly within the next five years.
