I was given code no 1501 by Acoustic Solutions to use with my one for all remote, but this does not work, is their any other code that anyone know`s of. The genuine remote with this unit is crap, the batteries last about three hours

you must either have a faulty remote or be using bad/incorrect batteries. I believe its a CR3032...

I have had the DS533 for 3 years and the battery only began to run down a couple of months ago.
