picture elongated
I wonder if anyone can help? My dad has a Goodman,s LD3201 LCD TV and recently had problems with his sky digibox, there was no power to it An engineer came out and changed the digibox for a new one (Pace) the same as before, since then everthing on his tv screen is elongated (footballers look like matchstick men on 4:3 and are long on widescreen) He has to view everthing through sky digital as he lives in area of poor reception.

Make sure the scart cable is connected to the socket marked "TV Scart" on the rear of the digibox and that the digibox is set to output "Widescreen 16x9" within the "Services", "System Settings", "Picture Settings" menu.
