Spot on comments on Kristina, exactly what I think. She is a Jade Goody, say what you think no matter what or who it offends and pass it off as good business acumen or in Jade's case keepin it real!

Absolutely pointless in the real world, no one will ever be able to work with her!

Grace was also quite admiring about Kristina. I don't think Kristina's that bad. Where I work the boss is always shouting and so abrupt it's hard to pluck up courage to ask a question. She has no concern for the well-being and morale of her team, preferring instead to equate good results with shouting and goading (in the absense of having tried any other method of team leadership I think!). In short, she is a stupid individual. Kristina is, I believe, much cleverer than that.

weird! the first link you give is a picture of Katie but the second one does give the article with a picture of Naomi but that's not the article that I get...I get it with the picture of Katie in it's correct place!
