I don't know the answer to this one but someone here will. My friend's daughter is working in Ibiza and friend told me she's dreading her mobile phone bill as she has spent so much time talking to daughter on her mobile.

My instinct was that surely it would be cheaper for my friend to phone her daughter from her land-line. Am I right?
