I think Dangerman is being too pessimistic.

Some of us are worried because we can see how it could go wrong for the twins, but it could also help them.

The twins supporters also need to be careful that they don't become part of a vicious cycle in which people saying the twins will go increases the likelihood that they will go. Right now, some pessimism is good, because it counters the view that the twist is some kind of fix in the twins' favour, but it could be overdone.

More than ever, we need to notice positive things about the twins and to comment on them!

On the bright side, Sam and Amanda seem very happy about being one, and it means that neither will be hurt by being evicted first as less popular.

We'll also probably see more of the twins in the highlights, and even if they are evicted, going out before the end has advantages if you weren't going to win. In particular, you get to go on BBLB and BB's Big Mouth, and you aren't competing with all the other finalists for media attention.

BTW, another thing that often seems to be cut is the twins playing in the pool. Right now, for example, but also last night? when each was up on a HM's shoulders and trying to push the other off.

I can only think in this case it's because kids are watching and could do similar in other pools without supervision etc.

I'm LOVIN this. Twins can leave together!! I don't care what happens this Friday, they should leave together and they will. It would be awful to pick one over the other and they'd have to live with it. Two lovely girls don't deserve that. Me and my sister are now backing Samanda to win. I'd be so proud if I was their mom.

Loved the Time Travel challenge and its aftermath shown on last night's HLs.

Everything from the giggles at the time machine through to the nervous hand holding whilst trying to make the announcement "We are One" to the HMs was purespun Twin Gold.

I just don't know what to think of Brianda. I'm certainly concerned about the potential for this to cause problems between Amanda and Sam which could weaken their twinnageness and their chances on Friday and to win.

Depending on what (if anything) happened last night under the Duvet in the caravan (Brian seemed to be telling Liam that Christmas came early) and what slant BB puts on it in the HL show, this could I suppose weaken Samanda due to the male/female double standards that sometimes apply when a "romantic liason" starts up. It could weaken Brian too but only if he seriously misbehaves.

It could also go the other way and improve the twins' chances ( I pray that BB handle it sensitively like Helen & Paul in BB2) but I'll remain rather nervous about Brianda until things become clearer and I see if and how things develop.

Amanda is up for eviction and Brian isn't so I imagine it will be Amanda getting the negative edit.

i dont know what to make of the brian situation, as we all know if a relationship occurs on bb the woman suddenly become unpopular both by editing and the public. I dont think this would happen with amanda but we will see, i just think it is a case of her being to nice to hurt his feelings by telling him shes not interested.

That didn't happen with Helen & Paul (BB2) so we can still live in hope even if it does develop from here. Helen was also a bubbly girl in some ways like Amanda so it might turn out OK... fingers crossed is all we can do but I'm nervous.

hi everyone, just popping in here to say before last night i couldnt picture a winner but now the twins are one i think they will do it. to be honest i think endomal were thinking the same but im used to them twisting things to suit them now! but tbh i dont care they are nice girls and dont deserve to lose as much as everyone else.

Twin fans must concentrate their vote power on Amy, who will be favourite for the chop.

No doubt now that this twist is to get the twins out rather than increase their chances of winning.

A negative vote would be bad if the public opinion was like Nikki last year. i.e. a lot liked her, but also a lot didn't. Hence her eviction when all HM's were up , except Jane.

The twins however, poll very low on all 'who is your least favourite HM?' polls.
This is very good news in a negative vote.
They ARE safe.

I think if channel 4 have any sense, they won't let the twins get evicted from the house on Friday. It would be a more exciting final especially as Liam isn't as popular plus they'll be no life left in the house. Seriously, how dull would it be??
