As a 38 year-old rock fan I can't believe I'm saying this; but I actually thought that "All The Things She Said" by TATU was a truly excellent track.

Why would i be taking the piss?

I like what I like and not what other people tell me to like.

If you don't agree with it then that's your problem!

Tatu 'All the things she said'
Les Ketchup 'The Ketchup song'.
Avril Lavigne 'Complicated'.
Black Rebel Motor Cycle club ..'Punk song'.
Ainslie 'Keep me a secret'
Atomic Kitten 'The last goodbye'.
Status Quo 'All stand up if you like to rock and roll'.

A few of my favs, the list seem to get smaller each year though....

Ask my about 1979 for eg, and it would be a massive list.

Wow...i looked in the dictionary under 'pretentious' and there was that *exact* list

Any chance of a little synopsis of each song? If i've missed out on some gorgeous, uplifting music then i would be thankful of the pointers...

White Stripes song is great!. I love the way the guy plays bass, rythm and lead guitar all at the same time on the same guitar...brilliant riff, great sound.
