Zoe hates Lee so much that she makes sure Lee is the only one she gives an out & out comments with a very negative undertone & hoping Lee will be affected by it & therefore undermine his confidence.

I completely agree with what you say about Zoe - Lee did mess up a little bit last night, but like a professional he really covered it up (and who says it wasn't the band who got it wrong and threw him off). The mistake was barely noticeable and Zoe made such a big deal of it to put him down. I felt that ALW actually complimented him on his professionalism for carrying on.
I think Zoe was trying to goad him with her "what was it - were you scared?" comment. It was very unprofessional of her, particularly as she has said herself he is the most unconfident and insecure. It was the same when she called him rubbish. She gets far too personal. She should just stick to critisizing the performance in a professional manner.

I really don't like Zoe I think she's always been a bit too personal in her comments to especially Lee and Ben to some extent. I'm glad other people have noticed. I don't see why she can't just accept that some people don't always perform every note of the song brilliantly on the night and sensitively point it out rather than ask them 'What happened there?' or 'Why did you do that?'

I don't like her attitude either but maybe it's just her way of toughening them up...... she's been working with them for quite a while now and probably knows all the right buttons to press
