Bill from BT - 2p???

I received a final bill at my old address for BT services disconnected in about February for £0.02 what the hell is the point lol

Should I pay it? It'll cost me more to post off the cheque than its worth.

Whats going on at that company?

Phone them up on their freephone number and do it over the phone with a debit card. It will cost you nothing to do (except a little time) and it will cost them a great deal more to process than 2p. Also if you string it out with the person at the other end of the line, it will also cost them in man hours.

I'd imagine someone would need to look at it to put it in the envelope unless their done with a machine?

Yeah, many years back we used to service Birmingham City Councils machines, these would fold and put in envelopes, I'd have though BT would have similar machines.
