If he hadn't have got involved with Chanelle he wouldn't annoy me, but he did and he does. I think it was a bad move on his part.

I think the talk of a gameplan is ridiculous, i would say that he is being perfectly genuine in that house.

I think Ziggy is lovely i want either him or chanelle to win.

although watching people coupling up can be boring they seem to be making an effor tto interact with every one and just come together occasionally.

He is putting up with an incredible amount of stress from sone of the other HMS who seem to me to be extremly jealous of his and chanelles "relationship".

I like him.

She said the same about Seany when he first entered, except Big Brother failed to show this on the highlights show

It's good to know that there are other Ziggy fans here. Hopefully this appreciation thread will last.

I liked how he put the effort in to get to know everyone when he first arrived in the house.

I think her dislike started when Ziggy nominated Emily who Laura was very friendly with. Apart from that I can't think of a reason why Laura would take such a dislike to Ziggy.

Ziggy is a lovely man. Very polite, well spoken and extremely handsome. a winner in my opinion.

I think he's been totally genuine and constructive. It would have been VERY easy to be lary and overtly flirtacious with multiple females in the situation he's been put in. Yet he's made a sincere attempt to engage with all of them. He has now (wouldn't you?!?) clear given up on one or two (eg Charley, Laura), but I would say that's more their problem than his.

Go the Zig!

I like him too, seems a really decent level headed chap. He also has the patience of a saint! I admire him for trying to fight his corner without resorting to bitchiness and bad language. I think he's actually very sensitive, and Laura's obvious dislike of him really does hurt him

Yes, I like Ziggy too - agree, he was placed in a difficult situation and IMO has handled it well. Seems a nice guy to me and sticks up for what he thinks is right. Not so keen on Chanelle though.

TBH The more laura says she hates him the more i say she is jealous of him

I think ziggy is a nice guy and its been unfair the way alot of them has treated him.

And i think he has handled arguements very well is a gentleman mannor

I think he is very sensitive too especially when he was crying in the diary room last week. I think he does cover up his sensitivity though, which shows how well he has handled this all female house.

I don't mind Ziggy, so I thought I post here to show my support since there are a few Anti-Ziggy and Hate Ziggy threads out there. I can sympathise with him, especially surrounded by so many bitches.

I agree and he does well not raising his voice in arguements as well

Its a shame when they do start arguements with him that he can hardly get a word in edge way as he isn't agressive

unlike manly charley lol (different thread i think)

Does that mean he has a good chance of going far in the house?

I like him and I think he's coped very well with very difficult circumstances.

He would have saved himself a lot of greif if he hadn't started the relationship with Chanelle. He would be less persecuted by the other girls if he'd stayed single and they all thought they still had a chance

He's clever enough to know that, which I think is proof that he is genuine about Chanelle and is definitely not playing a game.

It means he's a serious contender. The favourites are like 8s at the moment eg Gerry, Chanelle. This means they have about a 13% chance ( 1 / 8 ) of winning. Given that there are probably say 22 housemates left in it (i.e. the 14 we know about less Emily and Lesley, plus say another 10 or so guys / randomly added housemates).

In my experience previous years, you get about 4-5 possible winners who go to sub 15s, maybe sub 12s quite quickly, and he's definitely in that group. By about week 5/6, you get two or three housemates who are 5s or less and it's a shoot out between them.

With 8s being the tightest, the market is saying it remains unclear who has the staying power and charm to really have a good chance, but he's in the sub pack of about 5 that are credible.

I agree with you. He knows that having a relationship with Chanelle isn't doing him any favours in the house but he can't help how he feels about her and good for them that they are continuing their relationship even though a few nasty comments have been made by the bitches in there who have tried to break them up.
