Vodafone Abroad Help
Hi
I am going to Majorca at the end of the month and would like to take my mobile phone with me. I have been onto the Vodafone Abroad site and I must admit its rather confusing. Do I need to register a Vodafone Passport by calling the number? Is this compulsory? What must I do to get cheapest prices possible for making calls/texts back to Britain?

Hi Corrieboy2000
Vodafone Passport is normally something you have to sign up to, although on some contract tariffs it is included. If your on a monthly contract, your contract will say whether you have it or not, on Pay As You Talk, it will need to be activated. Passport is not complusory, however, it does reduce the call charges while your roaming on a supported network. I would advise you give the number a call before you go, just to make sure you are enabled to make international and roaming calls |
