'Dark Side Of the Moon' Super Audio CD,
I am tempted to go out and buy this latest version.
I have a Bose DVD 5.1 Digital Amp combo. (By the way which I recommend buying) I use it mostly for DVD and TV. Will a Super Audio CD play 5.1 through this system? |

You can only play it if:
1. You have a Super Audio CD player Or most importantly of all: 2. If you don't have a Super Audio CD player the disc MUST be a hybrid super audio disc for it to play in standard CD/DVD players. The disc should be labled as such. More info here: Super Audio CD Overview |

It'll play. The DSOM disc is a hybrid disc - CD and SACD.
BTW the CD remaster is astonishingly good |

I own every Floyd studio album accept DSOTM - I have it ripped to my computer and thus every time I go to buy it I decide to opt for a different band so I can get into more music..
This remastered version however could just push me over the edge.. I couldn't think of an album I'd want more to be remastered in this way than DSOTM. |
