File problem

Ive got A SAMSUNG E370 and I want to put some videos onto my phone.I can get the videos onto the phone but they wont play as they have a red circle with a line symbol showing.The files have been .mp4 as the phone came with one when i bought it.
Im stuck with this problem as ive a few videos waiting to be put onto my phone!!

I'd say they are in the wrong codec or resolution or format.
Or they lack appropriate rights management.
I would check your manual for the format needed.
