I quite like Simon aswell

After watching The Apprentice - Beyond the Boardroom last night I think Kristina is a dead cert to be in the final 2, the only tricky thing being who will join her.

I would have said it is definitely between Katie and Tre for the last spot, but after last night I think Simon will be the other finalist. SAS clearly likes him and admires his intelligence and can-do attitude whereas he doesn't like Katie and therefore wouldn't work well with her and has too much of a doubt about Tre's 'disruptiveness' to trust him.

So ideally I would like it to be Kristina v Tre, but I have a feeling it will be Kristina v Simon

Without seeing last week's programme (forgot to set the timer but, will watch tomorrow) but, seeing last night's Beyond the Boardroom, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that it's Simon and Katie!

SAS isn't stupid and if Simon's Father is worth as much as I thought I heard last night then there's a good contact in the network! As for Katie, I don't like her but she's already proved that she can do the job. My only concern would be why would she go for a "temp" job that's only 10k more than she's earning now? Ok, 10k is a lot of money to me and a significant number of people on these forums but, when you're on 90k already I just don't understand why she applied. Unless she's going to do her usual trick of having an affair with the Boss!

I totally 100% agree with the OP. Kristina is a def. for the final. Lohit will go first and then Simon - god i hate that guy!!!

Tre will get booted at the last hurdle i reckon, with Kristina taking the job out of the falling hands of Katie.

Kristina and No one they are all poor none of them really has had any real imput poor lot this year.

Ruth Badger has been the best so far is the last two series. Sir Alan hasnt really shown he is a good judge bet he gets another one who lets him down this year.

I think Lohit has a pretty good chance now and sadly Simon may, hope he gets fired though, he just isn't the Apprentice imo.

I Think Tre come off quite bad with Margret and Nick but there were some positive comments that give me hope he will get at least further than Simon.

Still going to go with Kristina (It HAS to be her) and Katie however anyone will do except Simon

I think Katie and Trey will be in the final two. Although I would much rather see Lohit and Christina. As Alan says in the opening credits, he wants someone who is shrewd, and I'm not sure Lohit is shrewd - he's probably too nice.

I'd quite like to see a Lohit v Simon final.

I think it's a very difficult choice now - it's a shame that there isn't another task before this stage.

I would personally instantly dismiss Katie, and then Simon who I like but think should've really gone in the last show.

That leaves Tre, Kristina and Lohit. I like Lohit a lot, but I think he is probably the weaker of my last 3, so Kristina and Tre for the final.

Kristina is a bit like Michelle last year, so I predict that Tre is going to win - and actually think that he deserves to...

I've changed my opinion of Lohit I like him as a candidate now but I don't think he'll win. SAS will have to fire him first as he likes Tre and Simon. I don't think Kristina will give such a bad interview that she'll be fired first and by the looks of it , Katie has a strong interview too so I'd predict Lohit getting fired first

It depends what you think The Apprentice is looking for. If we were looking for the best person to start their own business - if this were Dragon's Den and Sir Alan were just giving them investment - I'd say Tre was the best choice. If it is someone with potential who needs the guidance and experience it would be Simon, but Sir Alan told Jadine that wasn't what he wanted this time. They are looking for an able employee who can be given a reasonable level of responsibility, but will do what Sir Alan wants - which I think makes Kristina and Lohit the two best candidates.

Katie, apart from any personal feelings people might have of her, would be a liability in PR terms. I don't know what anyone else thought, but in the previous two series, I felt it mattered to Sir Alan that people saw his candidate as admirable, that their 'story' mattered to him, and that he likes seeing himself as this 'Fairy Godfather' turning some young person's life around. Though he may regret his choice last time, I can't believe he would go so far the other way as to hire Katie already on £90,000 a year.

But everything always changes at the interview stage. In theory, since she's so good at manipulation, Katie ought to do very well - and if she is as clever as some people say, though I can't see that myself. Kristina and Tre, going on who did badly in previous series, might struggle - or the interviewers might just take against them.

Either everything they say is rubbish, or these psuedo child prodigies have failed to live up to their early potential.

Wikipedia *appears* to reveal who gets fired tonight and who consequently makes the final. (Although whoever has done it has made a bit of a hash of the table)
