Songs that should never have been released.
The purpose of this thread is to get everyone's opinions on songs that should never have been released in the charts and is also a place where people can slag off songs that are currently playing on the TV or radio.
My candidate for a song that should never have been released is 'Just A Little' by Liberty X. I can't stand the lyrics, and it sends me running out of the room whenever it plays. I look forward to seeing your replies. |

Ah, isn't that the green, nappy-wearing thing known as Orville? Nice one
!OK, here's another idea. "Wannabe" by the Spice Girls. I absolutely HATED that song. Any others? |

Wannabe by Spice Girls. Awful, awful, awful
The Tide Is High by Atomic Kitten. Totally crap and pointless cover. Every song Steps ever released. |

To metafis - I didn't know there was a "Worst song of all time thread".
To everyone else - All your replies have been brilliant! All the songs you have put down, I absolutely hated listening to. Here's some more: "Don't Stop Movin'" By S(hite) Club 7. When I heard the news that they're splitting up, I jumped for joy! "Make Luv" by Room 5. All the bloke ever sings is "Make luv and listen to the music". That really grates after a while. But this means that you have to say the same thing about "Move Your Feet" by Junior Senior, which I like. |

Don't Stop Movin is an excellent tune, esp the club remix on the CD single!
Deffo Orville's Song and anything else to do with animals etAm surprised we haven't had any Ultravox fans moaning about Joe Dolce yet tho! |

I hate it when great artists release really shit 'cash-in' albums after they've split up or after a member has died.

Jeez...guys....do we really have nothing better to do than pointlessly slag off songs based entirely on utterly subjective views of what may or may not make a good song?
You like some music. You dislike other music. Somewhere out there there is someone who has precisely the opposite view to you. Don't like it? Guess what? Don't listen to it. There's no song out there that shouldn't have been released, simply because every song is the result of somebody's hard work and even if they're the only one, someone enjoys it. A bad song doesn't steal your car, rape your wife and crap in your sink. Why the constant bile? |
