The Apprentice - Why I Fired Them. BBC2 - Sunday 10th June - 9:30pm

There are only 3 days left till Sir Alan chooses his new apprentice. Looking at who he has left, is he troubled by the possibility that he may have ditched a better candidate along the way? In this new, one-off special, he'll talk through his decisions, revealing the thinking that led to the magic words "You're Fired!"



It looks interesting. I'll be especially interested in what he has to say about someone like Andy, who I think was unlucky to be fired first.

It'll be interesting to hear his proper reasoning for firing Naomi too.

The first to go is always going to be on little information but Andy didn't prove himself as a PM (and may have been set up by Gerri) but in the end it was probably right for him to be fired first. It will be interesting if he's had second thoughts on some of the people that have suffered because of Katie's manipulations.

I hope not! But in saying that I've hardly watched any of this year's BB (less than an hour in total ) and probably won't until after The Apprentice (AND all the spinoffs) is over.

Its on this sunday night i think it is 9 O Clock but i am not sure anyway its called Why I Fired Them.

It doesn't sound too promising to me. Although I usually agree with his decisions, I don't think Sir Alan is very good at explaining himself to other people. Unless this show comprises clips shot shortly after (or before/during) the boardroom concerned, it will be full of post-hoc rationalisations.
