Katie so far has been the most intensely disliked contestant on this show. For her to win would be a PR disaster. The Apprentice as a show would suffer a huge backlash as some people have a lynch mob mentality with her! 
The Apprentice has to be someone the public can relate to and someone who's got a bit of a story. There's no way that she will win. So to avoid all that , it's obvious that SAS will pick the other person who makes the final alongside her , hence making it the most predictable final ever. (AS SAS makes the decision a day before the episode is broadcast)
