It's filmed in one long take last night and then they just hack bits out to abridge it down to the 25-28 mins or so. I don't think it's that bad considering.
Was it re-edited for Katie to quit so she could save face AND not face a "hired"/"fired" vote?

Probably because they tried to placate her so much (the re-edit, dimming the "boos", avoiding the public vote)

Well that was entertaining. I think Katie got the dressing-down she deserved and maybe she'll give it some thought.

If that was what he said then that could easily be the quote of the series in my opinion.
I couldn't believe it when Sir Alan initially put Katie through. Thank God he picked up on her complete non-reaction.
Although it does lead me to wonder who he would have picked out of Simon and Kristina.

I can't believe how much time they wasted on katie they should have just told her she a nasty b*tch, shown her, her high-lights and then moved on
The final would have been interesting if she had stayed on. Would all the people she upset over the "11 weeks" help here do the task?

we were sked at the beginning to be nice when the threee came on
Tre had a lot more in his interview but I guess as the prgramme wasn't extended there was so much to fit in with them all
Gripping program... couldn't believe that Katie did that.
And the You're fired was pretty entertaining and bitchy as well, except it should have been 45 minutes

I'm annoyed Simon is in the final, he doesn't deserve to be there in my opinion, Naomi and Jadine would both be better than Simon.
Glad that Katie and Tre are gone, but at the same time would have liked to see Katie vs Kristina in the final. Ultimate grudgematch... oh and Katie with Adam in her team.
