Simon is coming across as such a twit.
When he was being told he was a bad landlord he just smirked and sniggered, as though that was an ok thing to do.
Also, that stuff about him buying the house 'with his savings' - with an inheritance from a rich auntie, more likely.

Considering that the candidates thought they were going for interviews I can't believe that Tre isn't wearing a tie.

I can't believe that again no revision, they should have made notes before going and revised before this interview.

All the candidates have the same CV layout, so maybe they were given a standard template and had to put it on.
