...And she seemed so pleased with herself about it! What I found so unpleasant was the fact that she was sufficiently proud of it to brag about it on what was effectively her CV. Then again, if she was a plant, as many have suggested, I guess it's all part of the game. Now that I think about it, those ridiculously unlikly photos in the papers last week, supposedly of Katie and some man having an amorous moment in a field or something....it seemed pretty staged even then, but now even moreso.

How is that particular comment ''anti-men"? It's basic common sense.

I'm amazed that nobody has renamed Michelle Mones 'Michelle Moans' yet. All she did tonight was whinge and bitch. She just seemed catty to me, not to mention incredibly unprofessional.

When did Nick develop a personality? He made a fair few more comments than usual tonight!

I know it is still harder for women to make it to the top in business despite being the 21st century but I don't buy this mysoginism and people being anti Katie simply because she's a woman.
Having been in a position of hiring and firing, there is no way I would take on anybody who proudly put in their CV that they were ruthless enough to take someone's husband because that's what they wanted. Neither would I take on someone who said they were ruthless enough to take someone's wife because that's what they wanted. They are equally odious.
If it was to find someone to work for me, my final two would be Kristina and Lohit.

I do think that Michelle Mones over-reacted although it did make good television. I think her major problem with Katie - and mine - was her desire to have it all ways: to be the ruthless walk all over anybody to get what I want type business woman whilst simultaneously using the cliche of fluttering the eyelashes and shaking back the hair and more if she feels that will get her what she wants as well. You can't have it all ways and I feel all it does is put the cause of taking business women seriously back by at least a couple of decades.

I disagree. Michelle was pushed into putting Katie in her place by Katie's utterly condescending remark to her. And Katie deserved every second of the remarks against her.

She is an utterly unlikeable human being, probably had her kids then immediately shoved them off onto her "support network", ticked the "have kids" box and moved on.

They are both as bad as each other. How can she accuse Katie of the things she is doing herself?!!

I think Michelle, having slagged Katie off before, was right to bring up a few things so she didn't seem two faced but she had no need to hammer home the point. Katie coped well with an onslaught without getting aggressive.

And as someone else has said, how can anyone blame Katie for "breaking up a marriage"? She put it on a plate, the man didn't have to take it.

Tre has his tongue firmly in his cheek when he made som disparaging comments. I mistike that initially but after about 3 shows I realised he had a sense of humour and could laugh at himself!
Im not sure Katie can.

I thoroughly enjoyed the program and actually thought Katie coped well with her very tough interview which IMO she deserved after her bitchiness during her time on the Apprentice

True, but she didn't have to boast about it in quite such a tasteless way. She and her ex-husband were both responsible for the breakdown of his former marriage (and possibly his ex wife played a part in it as well) but only one of them was bragging about it on national television.

A joy to watch Katie get her come uppance.

She was very entertaining, but a cold hearted, ruthless, husband stealing person. I don't like her at all. She is so cold and calculating.

I still can't get the comment out of my head from the behind the boardroom show on Sunday night shen she said she found out she was pregnant and ran the New York marathon and if she was still pregnant afterwards it was meant to be. That was just a sick thing to say.

She is so emotionally detached I don't see how she can communicate with people in the business World.

Bragging about stealing someones husband, is sooooooo low! Absolutely no morals.

Katie is revelling in her 'bad girl' image on BBC1 Breakfast this morning - when a list of her scathing one liners are read back to her she decided to push the dagger in deeper and twist a bit. Re the comment about Kristina's skirts not covering her arse she added "Well they weren't long enough for someone of her age."
Then she said to Tre, how do you feel to have been beaten by two women and he said "Three women" which is a much better one liner than any of Katie's and was done on the spur of the moment rather than thought up in advance.

Katie is a horrible person.

Glad she's out, and lets hope she doesn't end up on TV all the time.

She gives business women a bad name, shes a tramp and a ho, I hope no woman looks to her as a source of inspiration or hope....

The Scottish bird was spot on, should have nailed her some more!

(And she was fit!)

That Katie deserves everything the Ultimo Chief threw to her face & she knows it hence she's gobsmacked & meek when responding back & even looking at the audience attempting to get some support ....well she got some obviously from her own family & friends she brought in!

Well if that's true that really says it all about Katie's true character & motivations....so desperate to get on telly just for fame....well she is now, an infamous ex-apprentice contestant!

Sad thing is that she deprived other better candidates a chance due to her manipulative process to get further in a competition that she really has no interest whatsoever other than being a gameplayer!

I am not by any stretch of the imagination a Katie fan.But Michelle Mone frankly gave "women in business" a far worse image last night than Katie did.Puerile playground insults "I'm more sucessful than you ne ne nene" .Pathetic.I doubt Karren Brdy would have come out with that rubbish

Regretably (as both Adrian Chiles and Kirsty realised) Katie came across well

I fear it's too late. She'll be doing adverts for DFS and Currys before you know it....

Would you want to sit on anything that Katie has? it might still be married?
I think it was very staged, and the fact that she was given the easy out stinks of production interference.
I don't like how she has portrayed herself in the programme at all, her comments about the pregnancy in the boardroom programme were quite distasteful, and I really hope that her kid never sees that.
Michelle did push the point a little harshly, but she pretty much summed up what I was thinking.

No she doesn't. I don't base my view of women in business entirely on one woman.

You could say Simon gives business men a bad name being a lame moron...

I'm not so sure. There are people we love to hate, and then there's Katie. There is a special loathing of her I haven't really seen before. I think any company that uses her to promote their brand or products is making a big mistake.

I think the reason she got so much applause is that people agreed with her. It was fantastic to see that fixed smile on Katie's face turning into a rather startled stare when she realised that someone was giving her a taste of her own medicine. Nasty people bring out the worst in others and I'm glad someone told her what a bitch she is. It'd be nice if she went away and thought about it and became a nicer person, but I doubt it.

After seeing her on Breakast TV this morning it looks as if she has gone away, thought about it and become a nastier person.
