totally agree with you. i also think the fact that katie has flirted her way through the programme makes her seem very insecure about her own abilities as a business woman.

I think for me, that was the main point. Michelle whatshername did at least have the courage to make her points to her face, rather than waiting for her to leave and then slagging her off to a cameraman.

Katie, while no doubt deserving of some the criticism (and no doubt subject to some not-very-fair editing) took it all on the chin and came out the best in that scrap.

Thought Katie got everything she deserved - obvioulsy some things are editted in the show but no one could be portrayed as thoroughly awful as she was for it not to be true. Michelle was only saying what most people had been saying all series - good for her.

The point that the Katie sympathisers seem to be missing is that Katie is bitchy to and about other people because she's a nasty person and LIKES being horrible to other people. The reason people are being bitchy about HER is because she's a nasty person. A couple of sayings spring to mind... Do unto others.... and... Live by the sword.

Oh come on, 'the bra woman' was playing to the audience. Every time she said something she turned around for applause!

It was great TV and I was looking forward to Katie being taken down a peg or two - and even thought that MM could be the woman to do it. However...... MM did herself no favours whatsoever. She really lowered herself with the "that's why I'm sitting here & you're sitting there" comment.
It made me think that perhaps she's all brass neck & no brains - just like Katie, but in a different way.
Both of them are the sort of women I would cross the road to avoid. When I said road, I meant motorway....

Scottish bra women was an embarassment.

Clearly itcing for a fight and hoping to get audience applause for every rude comment she fired at Katie.

Claiming Katie had not 'made it'. 90k a year is a great salary, we can't all be millionaires flogging bras. She was far too snobby.

I'm not a huge Katie fan but there is no need for insults like that we all know what Katie is capable off, but now the bra women has done nothing but prove she is every bit as rude if not more.

She ambushed her and attacked her with a tremedious amount of vitriol as if Katie had done her some personal harm.

She had had all the time in the world to prepare to make Katie look small, Katie had no clue who she was. She struck me as a cross between someone seaking a bit of free publicity, and one of the nutters that hang out in the BB forum swearing that Ashleyne must die.

The irony of her critisising Katie's attitude to others seemed completely lost on her.

katie really does take businesswomen back 30 years, she wasn't particually good at the tasks, was in fantasy land about her abilities and her intellect (look at how she was in the art task....) and was a complete snob, without the abilities to back it up. She hoodwinked all the men by flirting with them and even shagging one to make sure she wasn't dragged into the boardroom.....

She had though, she's done every woman trying to get ahead in business a disservice by living up to so many negative stereotypes. She claimed she wants to be a CEO, but she won't have got there by merit, she will have gotten there by bitching, flirting and shagging her bosses. Which will make a lot of people wonder if people like Michelle or other sucessful businesswomen have done the same, rahter than having relied on ability and intellect.

I think the only thing bra lady managed to achieve was put people off her.

We all know what Katie is like and have formed our own opinions on her, we did not need a firey Scot to start a petty argument with Katie to make herself look good.

In fact it had the opposite effect and made her look like a snobby ###.

If anything I think bra lady has made the public perception of Katie a bit better as Katie was more composed in that banter and a lot of viewers now dislike bra women just as much.

We must of been watching a different show as the audience reaction towards the bra lady was on her side, while Katie was met with a mix of cheers and boos.

That's what I thought as well! When she initially laced into Katie I thought "Well done". But, she took it way too far, to the point where she looked like a desperate wannabe scoring cheap points for attention. She did the unthinkable and actually made Katie look good!

How strange it is that so many people can view exactly the same footage and come up with such a different point of view on it.

I applaud Michelle Mone for speaking frankly, and she has more class in her little finger than Katie will ever have hawking her wares to the highest bidder.

An ill-fitting white suit, affected accent and a line of unamusing vitriolic comments to camera just doesn't cut it, and especially not so in business.

However, once Katie was out of her job with ex hubbie's company, I very much doubt that she was in the business market - as she appears to be demonstrating now. IMO her target is a media career in the vein of Simon Cowell, sadly, she comes across more Lilly Savage, but without the wit.

Katie is so unbelievably superior that you can't ever believe she's doing it tongue in cheek. She'll end up doing a 'Badger or bust' type programme on TV Living (I hope)

I'm staggered by the amount of Katie advocates out there. This woman has demonstrated utter contempt for the feelings of others both on the show (which some apologists might attempt to blame on editing) and post-show (The Apprenticast with Richard Bacon was particularly unedifying).

The woman appears amoral - I have to say her polluted views and behaviour are reminiscent of Jeffrey Archer in his pomp i.e. she doesn't appear to have a moral compass.

I don't know her so am not in a position to judge her character off air but the malevolence of her attacks are unsettling to listen to. Also where have people got the idea that the attacks are witty???
